01 / THE OPPORTUNITY
There's a business above your head.
And a more practical way to get it off the ground.
Drive through almost any neighborhood and you'll see it: homes with asphalt-shingle roofs that are getting older. Their owners have a question worth answering.
“Does my roof really need replacing—or is there another option?”
Roof rejuvenation gives qualified operators a maintenance service to discuss with homeowners whose roofs are suitable for treatment. It's about evaluating the condition of a roof, explaining the options honestly, and providing a service that makes sense for that home.
But knowing a service exists isn't the same as building a business around it. You still need to be found. You need to turn interest into conversations. You need the right equipment, a follow-up system, and a plan for delivering good work.
That's the part RidgeRise is built to help with.
We don't hand you an idea and wish you luck. We help put the business behind the service in place.
THE SERVICE AT THE HEART OF THE BUSINESS
PRESERVATION BEFORE REPLACEMENT. WHEN IT FITS.
A sensible conversation. A tangible service.
Rejuvenation treatments are designed to help maintain aging asphalt shingles on eligible roofs. The service starts with an assessment—not a blanket promise that every roof can be saved.
For the right roof and an appropriate product, preservation may be worth considering before replacement. For a damaged or failing roof, repair or replacement may be the responsible recommendation.
Roof condition, product instructions, safe application, and manufacturer-warranty considerations come first. No specific lifespan extension is promised here.
LESS FIGURING IT OUT. MORE BUILDING IT RIGHT.
You shouldn't have to become an ad agency, a software expert, and an equipment buyer just to start a business.
A service business has plenty of moving parts. Our job is to connect them, so you can focus on the work and the homeowners who trust you to do it.
02 / YOUR LAUNCH SYSTEM
Not just a business idea. The pieces to make it real.
From the first impression to the next follow-up, we build the foundation and stay involved in helping you improve it.
01
Ads that explain the value.
We build your advertising creative and copy around the homeowner's real question: is there a sensible way to maintain this roof before replacing it? Clear messaging, tailored to your service and your market.
CREATIVE & COPY
02
Your campaigns. Launched.
We handle campaign setup, local targeting, and the path from an ad to an inquiry. You don't have to learn an ad platform just to put your business in front of homeowners.
CAMPAIGN SETUP & LAUNCH
03
Management, not guesswork.
We manage your ads after launch, review performance, and adjust creative and targeting. Together, we connect campaign decisions to the conversations and jobs happening in your business.
ONGOING AD MANAGEMENT
04
A practical equipment plan.
We help you identify and source the roof rejuvenation equipment you need—from application equipment to the appropriate tools and safety setup. A clear buying plan instead of a pile of expensive guesses.
EQUIPMENT ACQUISITION SUPPORT
05
A CRM built for the work.
Start with our pre-built CRM configured for your business. Keep inquiries, assessment notes, estimates, follow-ups, and scheduled jobs connected in one place, so the next step is always clear.
PRE-BUILT BUSINESS SYSTEM
06
Support beyond the launch.
We help you spot the bottlenecks: slow responses, lost follow-ups, unclear offers, or a calendar your crew can't keep up with. Build a more consistent operation before increasing the pace.
GROWTH & SCALING GUIDANCE
Built around your launch.
Exact deliverables, support duration, fees, and third-party expenses are confirmed in writing. Advertising spend, equipment, and operating costs are separate unless explicitly included.
A BUSINESS THAT DOESN'T LIVE ON STICKY NOTES
Every inquiry. Every next step. One clear system.
A homeowner sees your ad. They ask a question. Someone follows up. An assessment becomes an estimate. A job gets scheduled.
That journey shouldn't disappear between your inbox, your phone, and a spreadsheet. We configure a pre-built CRM around the way a roof rejuvenation business actually moves.
Workflow concept—not a live dashboard or actual customer results.
03 / FROM IDEA TO OPERATION
A clear path. Not a pile of homework.
We handle the setup work with you. You move forward knowing what happens next—and what you're responsible for.
01
Find the fit.
We discuss your market, experience, goals, and operating plan. You get clarity on the offer, the investment, and what you will need to run the business.
02
Build the foundation.
We map your launch, guide equipment sourcing, configure the CRM, and put your advertising assets and customer journey together.
03
Launch with a system.
Once your field operation is ready, we launch your campaigns and connect incoming inquiries to a defined follow-up process.
04
Improve. Then grow.
We manage the ads and help you review what's working. Better follow-up, stronger delivery, and sensible capacity planning guide the next move.
THE RIGHT OPPORTUNITY FOR THE RIGHT OPERATOR
You want to build. Not start from scratch.
You don't need to arrive with all the answers. You do need the willingness to run a real local service business.
You want a practical business with a tangible service, and a clearer path through the setup work.
You already serve homeowners.
You run a roofing, exterior cleaning, or home-service operation and want to explore a complementary service.
You take ownership seriously.
You're prepared to respond to inquiries, manage a qualified team, budget responsibly, and deliver good work.
LET'S BE STRAIGHT WITH YOU
Done for you. Not done without you.
We're not selling a laptop lifestyle, a guaranteed income, or a magic button that produces customers. We're helping you build the systems behind a real business.
We create and manage the marketing. We help you get equipped. We put the CRM and launch plan in place. You bring the local execution: customer conversations, assessments, quotes, qualified service delivery, and the commitment to improve.
Your market matters. Your budget matters. Your follow-up and service quality matter. That's why the first conversation is about fit and a realistic plan—not pressure or a promise we can't keep.
If that sounds like your kind of opportunity, we'd like to hear what you want to build.
GOOD QUESTIONS. CLEAR ANSWERS.
Before you take the next step.
A business decision deserves more than a headline. Here's what to know.
What does “done for you” actually mean?
It means we implement the business launch and marketing systems: advertising creative, campaign setup and management, equipment acquisition guidance, and a configured pre-built CRM. You still own and operate the local business. You or your qualified team handle roof assessments, estimates, customer communication, and safe service delivery. The exact scope is set out in your written proposal.
Do I need an existing roofing business?
An existing roofing, exterior cleaning, or home-service business can be a natural fit, but you can also inquire about starting a new operation. We'll discuss your experience, service-delivery plan, and the product-specific training and local requirements needed before taking on homeowner work.
Is roof rejuvenation right for every roof?
No. It is a maintenance option to evaluate for suitable asphalt-shingle roofs, not a cure for leaks, missing shingles, structural damage, or a roof that needs replacement. A qualified assessment must consider roof condition, product requirements, and any manufacturer-warranty implications.
Will you create and manage my ads?
Yes. Ad creative, launch, and ongoing campaign management are central to the offer. Your written proposal defines the channels, deliverables, management period, and fees. Advertising spend is a separate budget unless that proposal expressly includes it. No lead or customer volume is guaranteed.
Are equipment and product costs included?
Equipment acquisition support is included in the offer; equipment ownership, product inventory, and other third-party costs are not automatically included. We help you understand what is needed, while the written scope confirms any included purchases and the expenses you fund separately.
How much does the program cost?
Request a launch conversation so we can understand your market and needs, then present the scope and pricing in writing. Plan for the program fee plus advertising, equipment, product, licensing, insurance, software usage, and normal operating costs unless specifically included. There is no payment required to submit an inquiry.
How quickly can I launch?
Timing depends on equipment availability, your operational readiness, training, local requirements, and campaign preparation. We agree on a realistic launch plan rather than promising an arbitrary deadline. Marketing should not go live before you can safely deliver the service.
Do you guarantee income or an exclusive territory?
No. We do not guarantee earnings, profits, leads, customers, or an exclusive market. Results depend on your execution, market, budget, and service quality. Submitting this form does not enroll you or reserve a territory; any rights and services must be confirmed in a separate written agreement.
